For those of you who were not at my family party this is what happens when you use a Japanese cutting tool (mandoline I think) and don't use the guard. Oops. We'll see if it grows back!
absolutely disgusting. may be worse than when you sliced your heel in your screen door or when you burnt your thigh with the curling iron . . . i don't know though maybe a toss-up.
