Many Faces at 1 Month!

I can't believe it's already been one month. Time flies! Here are some stats

Weight: 9lbs 7 oz  (42%)
Height: 23 in  (92%)
Likes: Cuddling, Tummy Time, Pacifier
Dislikes: Bath Time

He's on a pretty good three hour schedule. During the night he'll usually sleeps four hours at a time. He's not very fussy. He's a great baby when other people are around. If someone comes to visit or we're Skyping with someone he puts on a great show. The minute we're done he usually (not always) starts crying. But I have no complaints. He's been so much fun and we've loved having him.

He had his first babysitter the other night. My sister gave us a gift card to PF Changs for Christmas we've never used, so we decided to go to dinner. A good friend in the ward watched him for us and she said he slept the whole time!

Bennett also had his first week at church. He was an angel and slept all three hours! Here is a picture of his church outfit. It's a little big and he wouldn't hold still, but he's still cute.

 These are the one month pictures I took. He was mad, so I just kept snapping the camera to try and get a good shot. They're all so funny to me I had to post them all. Unfortunately I don't know how to make one of those collages, so you'll just have to scroll through them.

 This is my favorite. I like his face and how he's pointing at himself!

Eyes

I forget that I need to blog and not just post things on Facebook. Here is a picture of Bennett that I posted about a week ago on Facebook. If you look close you will see two different colored eyes. This is not just the camera making it look like this. You can see it in any good light.

Now I know that babies eye color changes, but I'm really hoping they will stay two different colors. How cool and unique would that be?! I check almost everyday to see if anything changes and so far nothing yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

More Baby Bennett

Not much has changed. Grandma and Grandpa Torman were here for a few weeks. It was fun to have them visit and it was especially nice to not have to worry about cleaning house.

Bennett is back to his birth weight and getting bigger and bigger. He wakes only once a night and is on a pretty good feeding schedule about every three hours. He is a really good baby and hardly fusses at all. I fear that by writing this things will change. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

The outfit that we brought Bennett home in. I bought this one and a really cute little girl one. I didn't really like this one but I was convinced it was a girl so I didn't worry about it. I think he still looks cute though!

Easter

We decided to take a drive to the Chicago Temple for Easter. Unfortunately the temple grounds were closed and this is the best shot we got.

Happy Birthday, Lincoln

I'm afraid the baby is going to overshadow Lincoln's birthday a bit. Lincoln turned 26 today, but most of this post is about Baby Bennett. Can you blame me? He's just so cute. We've loved having Bennett home. He's received lots of visitors and loves all the attention. He's definitely spoiled already. He's been great. Getting lots of sleep and not too fussy.

For Lincoln's birthday I got him a White Sox diaper bag. The baby is just a bonus!
