Tracey's favorite holiday rolled around again with Lincoln preparing his annual sumptuous lamb dinner. This year's iteration featured a simple pan-seared lamb shoulder blade with red peppers, oven-roasted chili potatoes, and bacon-wrapped roasted asparagus. The china, of course, completed its annual mission of making at least one yearly appearance outside of the china hutch.
